I want to reschedule or cancel my order. How does that work?

You can easily reschedule your pick-up or delivery date and time by going to My Account > Orders > Order ID > Reschedule. At the moment, we don’t have the option to cancel orders, and there will be a no-show fee charged if there is no item for pick-up.
