If you miss a collection or delivery, it will be considered a no-show fee and will be subjected to a fee of SGD 25.00. The prepaid amount for the order will be refunded to you, minus the no-show fee. To avoid this, you can reschedule your pick-up or delivery date and time via My Account > Orders > Order ID > Reschedule
