How will I be compensated if my item is damaged or lost?

In the unlikely event of loss or damage to an item, and if it is determined to be due to the negligence of our partner operator or the platform, you will be compensated accordingly.

If you believe an item has been damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your items. The platform reserves the right to inspect and photograph any reported damages before determining compensation.
