If our partner operators find that some items may not be suitable for the initial service requested, they might suggest an alternative to ensure your garments are handled properly. For example, a garment marked for Wash and Iron might be better suited for Dry-Cleaning, or an item with a stain might need a 'Heavy Spot Removal' service.

The partner operator will reach out to you through the 'Queries' tab in your account to discuss any changes. Once you approve the suggested adjustments, they will update the order instructions and the final bill accordingly. If we don’t receive any instructions or responses within 12 hours, the operator may leave the item untouched to avoid any potential damage.

Here are a couple of scenarios where this might apply:

  • Identified garment for Wash and Iron that might actually need Dry-Cleaning

  • An item with a stain where a 'Heavy Spot Removal' service might be recommended
