If the bulky items are found under Wash and Fold service, it will go through process of wet wash and tumble-dry, and returned cleaned and folded. Do note that the items will not be ironed and may returned creased. If the bulky items are found under Wash and Iron, we will proceed to make an order adjustment for it to be parked under Bulky Items instead.
